I am Pete Davis, an Independent Consultant operating in Cuero, TX. 
My basic rate is $75.00 per hour for on site work. I charge in 1/2 hour blocks with a 1 hour minimum charge per visit.
For off site work, I charge $50/hr for website design, and $50/PC for virus removal and performance tune up.
If a PC needs a full OS reinstall, I will reload the OS, find and load the appropriate drivers, reinstall all of your software, and restore your data for $100.
For $99, I will help you register a domain name, set up web hosting, build you a standard 5 page website, set up up to 10 email accounts (with spam filtering).
For $99/year, or $15/mo, I will host the site for you, and make sure that it is always available, keeping a copy of the site files backed up offsite for you.
If you would want me to bid an entire job, I can usually do that.
If you have a large project that requires out of town travel, I will be glad to negotiate a day rate with you.
